EVERNOTE BUSINESS AGREEMENT	We updated our references to product features to reflect current terminology and features. We also added language to clarify ways in which Evernote Points should not be used and what our remedy is if we believe use of points violated these guidelines. 

	October 4, 2016 updates to the February 3, 2016 version: COMMERCIAL TERMS

USER GUIDELINES	We updated our references to product features to reflect current terminology and features. We clarified how the Commercial Terms apply to Account Holders and End Users, respectively. We also added language to clarify ways in which Evernote Points should not be used and what our remedy is if we believe use of points violated these guidelines. 

	October 4, 2016 updates to the April 29, 2015 version: EVERNOTE BUSINESS AGREEMENT

	We added language	August 28, 2017 updates to specify that it is a violation of our User Guidelines to interfere with the services and networks of our Service Providers.October 4, 2016 version: 

-------------------------	We updated our definition of Content to align with our updated Privacy Policy. We clarified the definitions of Account Holders and End Users and the relationship between Account Holders and End Users to better address how these two roles co-exist for Evernote Business users. We updated our approach to the possible use of Evernote Business by minors. We clarified that in the event of non-payment for Evernote Business, Customer may be locked out of its account until payment is timely made. We updated the ways in which we will help a Customer resolve a Loss of Administration. In addition, we clarified the level of Customer Support available to Evernote Business customers, our refund policy, and how we will notify Customers of changes to the Evernote Business Agreement.
