	ORDER FULFILLMENT 

	Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please keep this e-mail as it is your sales receipt for products and/or services ordered, and includes your order confirmation number. If your order has to be shipped, you will also receive a Shipping Notification e-mail. This will include your order tracking number once the item has been shipped and information on how you can check the status of your order online.

 		Orders can ONLY be accepted for Canadian addresses

 		We cannot accept shipping addresses with P.O. Boxes

 		All items purchased before 3:00pm Eastern Time Monday to Friday, will be delivered within three business days (days other than weekends and holidays) to addresses across Canada

 		Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm local time. If no one is available to receive the package, you will receive a yellow UPS InfoNotice sticker confirming that a delivery attempt was made. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts (on business days) and will leave a yellow InfoNotice sticker on each attempt. After the 3rd attempt, you will receive a postcard with instructions on how to collect your package from your local UPS depot. For this reason, please ensure the shipping address you provide us is an address where someone is available to sign and take delivery of the package(s)

	Tracking your order is fast and simple. For wireless orders, go to the UPS Web site then enter your tracking number (sent to you in the Shipping Notification e-mail) in the "Track" box provided and click "Track".

 If you have any questions about the status of your delivery after three business days, you can also contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).

	Tracking your order is fast and simple. For your FedEx orders, go to the FedEx web site then enter your tracking number (sent to you in a separate e-mail) in the track box provided and click on Track it.

 If you have any questions about the status of your delivery after three business days, you can also contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GoFedEx.

 Return Policy

	If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product as follows: (a) wireless devices within 15 days from the date of activation with less than 30 minutes of airtime used (see "CANCELLING AN ORDER " below for further details), (b) wireless accessories within 15 days of purchase, and (c) all other products within 30 days of purchase. While all orders are checked for accuracy before leaving the warehouse, it is your responsibility to review the contents of your order when received. All returns must be sent back as described in the documentation included with your order, and cannot be returned to any of our retail locations. 

	A return form will be included with your order for items such as wireless devices and accessories. Full instructions are included on the paper copy of the return form. Fill in the paper copy of the form and return it along with the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and promotional material (ex. gift cards, coupons, etc). Some orders may have also included bonus/promotional items (ex. accessories). These items MUST also be returned with your order. If these bonus/promotional items are NOT returned, a fee equal to the value of the bonus/promotional item may be charged to your credit card or Rogers account. 

	You will receive an e-mail within five business days of us receiving your returned item(s), confirming receipt and the refund made to your credit card or Rogers account, as applicable. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges when returning your rogers.com purchase.

	Cancelling an Order

	If you would like to cancel your wireless, television, home phone or Internet access service, please call the number on your return form. If you are cancelling your wireless service within 15 days from the date of activation with less than 30 minutes of airtime used, you will only be billed for all charges incurred up to the point of deactivation. If you are cancelling your wireless service more than 15 days from the date of activation or after 30 minutes of usage, then any applicable early cancellation fee may apply.

	Storage of IP address

	When you submit a transaction we will store your IP address for validation and to protect against fraud.

	Warranty

	If there is a warranty on the product that you have purchased, then the details of that warranty will be included with the documentation accompanying your product.
