THIRD-PARTY CHARGES (PREMIUM SERVICES CHARGES) SETTLEMENT WITH THE CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU (CFPB), FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC) AND STATE ATTORNEYS GENERAL (AGS)

Sprint has reached a multi-agency settlement related to unauthorized third-party charges, and has agreed to a refund program for unauthorized charges from third parties that may have been placed on Sprint wireless bills on or after July 1, 2010.

Sprint has been a leader in the industry to ensure that companies providing these services cannot take advantage of our customers, and has monitored and stopped companies from these activities, as well as very freely provided millions of dollars in credits to customers who alert us to unauthorized charges.

To continue its policy of reimbursing customers where appropriate, Sprint is working with a company to administer refunds and credits to customers who will claim under oath that certain charges for Premium Services (such as ringtones, daily horoscopes, etc.) from third-party companies were unauthorized on their cell phone bills. FOR MORE INFORMATION

For information on the program and to determine whether you qualify for a Refund, contact Kurtzman Carson Consultants ("KCC") at (877) 389-8787 or SprintRefundPSMS.com. You may also learn more by viewing the news releases about the settlement with Sprint, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Communications Commission, and the State Attorneys General at consumerfinance.gov and fcc.gov.

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Please visit the website of the Administrator of the refund program or call the toll-free number:
 ("KCC") at (877) 389-8787 or SprintRefundPSMS.com.

WHAT IF I CAN'T REMEMBER MY CHARGES?

You may visit the website of the Administrator beginning May 12, 2015 to obtain information on how to file a claim for a refund or credit; however, by July 1, 2015, the website will list all of your charges during the relevant time period for you to review and identify the charges from third-party companies that you did not authorize.

WHY CAN'T SPRINT CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDE ALL OF THE CHARGES FOR ME TO REVIEW?

Sprint has hired an administrator company to manage the refund process to ensure swift response and maintain all of the records.  Please contact the administrator by visiting SprintRefundPSMS.com or calling the toll free number (877-389-8787).

WHY CAN'T SPRINT CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDE REFUNDS NOW FOR CHARGES THAT I THINK ARE UNAUTHORIZED?

CAN I CALL THE COURT OR THE CFPB FOR MORE INFORMATION?
