ADDITIONAL PRODUCT TERMS OF USE FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES 

	 The Customer agreeing to these terms ("CUSTOMER") is signing up for or has previously entered into a G Suite agreement ("G SUITE AGREEMENT") for Services (as defined under the terms of the G Suite Agreement) with Google Inc., Google Ireland Limited, Google Commerce Limited, Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., or Google Australia Pty Ltd (as may be applicable, "GOOGLE"). Google may make more Google applications (beyond the Services) available from time to time through the control panel for the customer domain ("ADDITIONAL SERVICES"). By using such Additional Services, Customer agreesone or more Google product(s) and/or service(s) referred to as “Additional Products” or “Additional Services” in Customer’s G Suite Agreement, Cloud Identity Agreement or Hire Agreement (as applicable, the additional terms below ("ADDITIONAL TERMS"). If Customer does not wish to enable any“AGREEMENT”). For purposes of the Additional Services, or if you are acting on behalf of Customer but do not have the requisite authority to bind the Customer to these Additional Product Terms, please disable such Additional Services in the control panel. Capitalized terms used below but not defined below have the meaning ascribedproduct(s) and/or service(s) will be collectively referred to them under the G Suite Agreement.as "ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS".  

 	 NOT SUBJECT TO G SUITE AGREEMENT. The	 If Customer or any End User uses any Additional Services are not governed by the G Suite Agreement, but are governed only byProducts, Customer agrees to these Additional Product Terms, which will be incorporated into the applicable service-specific Google terms of service.  	 USE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE. Usedescribed below. For clarity, the Terms of any Additional Service bywill each form a separate agreement and are not governed by, or incorporated into, the applicable Agreement.  

	 If Customer does not wish to enable any End User constitutes Customer's acceptanceAdditional Products, or if you are acting on behalf of Customer but do not have the Google terms of service for such Additional Service. 
 	 ENABLING OR DISABLING ADDITIONAL SERVICES. At any point in time,requisite authority to bind Customer can always enableto these Additional Product Terms or disable any applicable Terms of Service, please disable such Additional Products via the functionality of the Services.  

 	 Definitions. All capitalised terms used in these Additional ServicesProduct Terms have the meanings given to them in the control panel.applicable Agreement, unless otherwise defined or stated herein. 
 	 FUTURE SERVICES. Google may offer otherApplicable Terms of Service. The Additional Services that are not currently set forth atProducts will be governed by the URL in Section 1Additional Product Terms and any applicable Terms of Service, and Customer is responsible for which Google does not yet have termsensuring that its End Users comply with such Terms of service.  	 AVAILABILITY.Availability. Additional ServicesProducts may not be available in all countries. 
 	 TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Google will not provide technical support services for the Additional Services.Technical Support. Customer is responsible for responding to any questions and complaints byfrom End Users relating to Customer's or its End Users' use of the Additional Services.Products. Google only provides technical support services for the Additional Services solely throughProducts to the extent described in the applicable product-specific Help Center, which is accessible at http://www.google.com/support/ (or suchTerms of Service, and will not provide other URL as Google may provide). 
 	 THIRD PARTY REQUESTS. Customer is responsibletechnical support for responding to Third Party Requests that apply to the Additional Services,Products, unless Google agrees otherwise stated in the applicable terms for each Additional Service. Google does not assist Customer with responding to such Third Party Requests.writing. 
 	 COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Customer is responsible for ensuring its End Users complyCompliance with the applicable Google terms of service for each Additional Service.Laws. Customer agrees that it will provide Additional ServicesProducts to its End Users in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy and data protection laws, the U.S. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). 
 	 PRIVACY.Customer Access to End User Data. Customer may have the abilitybe able to access, monitor, delete, rectify, export, use or disclose data provided by and related to End Users for thesein the context of Additional ServicesProducts or to disable an End User's AccountUser Accounts for these Additional Services.Products. To the extent Customer has any such abilities, Customer will notifyprovide End Users with relevant information and facilitate the exercise of Customer's abilityany related rights of End Users under privacy or data protection laws. If Google receives any request from an End User pertaining to take these actions.Customer’s processing of his/her personal data in relation to any Additional Products, Google will advise the End User to submit his/her request to Customer, and Customer will be responsible for responding to the request. 
 	 PARENTAL CONSENT.End User Consent. Except in relation to End Users described in Section 8 (Parental Consent), Customer willwill, before it allows any End Users to access or use any Additional Products, obtain parental consent forand maintain consents from those End Users to the collection and use of their personal information in theconnection with those Additional Services thatProducts. 
 	 Parental Consent. Before Customer allows any End Users to access before allowingwho are under the age of 16 (or such other minimum age as specified in the relevant European Union member state) and resident in the European Economic Area, or any other End Users under the age of 1818, to access or use any Additional Products, Customer will obtain parental consent for the collection and use of personal data in connection with those services.Additional Products. 
 	 GOOGLE CHECKOUT.Google Pay. A Google CheckoutPay account opened by an End User is the End User's personal account and is subject to extensive regulatory requirements and prohibitions. While Customer may suspend an End User's access to his or her Checkouthis/her Google Pay account, Customer may not use an End User's CheckoutGoogle Pay account or make any changes to the information in such CheckoutGoogle Pay account. Customer may access information in an End User's CheckoutGoogle Pay account only in accordance with CheckoutGoogle Pay privacy policies and Customer's privacy policy. 
 	 REFUND FOR PAID SERVICES.Refund for Paid Services. If Customer disables an Additional ServiceProduct for which Customer or an End User has provided payment, Google will not be obligatedobliged to refund Customer or any fees paid by Customer and/or the End User for unused paid services. Customer will indemnify, defend, and hold harmlessindemnify Google from and against all liabilities, damages, losses and expenses,losses, expenses and costs (including settlement costs and reasonable attorneys'legal fees) arising out of an End User's claimUser claims concerning refunds for such paid services. 
 	 GOOGLE IS DATA PROCESSOR. Where applicable, the parties agree that Google is a data processor and Customer is a data controller with respect to the End User personal data contained in the Additional Services for Customer's domain. 
 	 DATA LOCATION. As part of providing the Additional Services, Google may store and process the data provided through such Additional Services in the United States or any other country in which Google or its agents maintain facilities. 
 	 SEVERABILITY.Severability. If any provisionpart of these Additional Product Terms is found to be unenforceable, the balanceremainder of the Additional Product Terms will remain in full force and effect. 
 	 MODIFICATIONS.Modifications. Google may modify these Additional Product Terms from time to time. 
 	 Interpretation of Conflicting Terms. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between these Additional Product Terms and the remainder of the applicable Agreement, the Agreement will prevail. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between these Additional Product Terms and any applicable Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will prevail.
