	These terms and conditions apply to both Best Buy®Buy physical and e-gift cards. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Additional terms and conditions apply to e-gift cards and promotional e-gift cards.

 	 Redeemable in any U.S. or Puerto Rico Best Buy retail location or online at BestBuy.com®BestBuy.com where available for merchandise or services, including some Magnolia Home Theater®- and Geek Squad®-related services, excluding prepaid open loopopen-loop cards and some third-party gift cards.
 	 No expiration date. No fees.
 	 Not redeemable for cash.
 	 Lost, stolen or damaged cards replaced only with valid proof of purchase to extent of remaining card balance.
 	 Not a credit or debit card.
 	 Not valid as payment on Best Buy credit card.
 	 Check gift card balance at any U.S. or P.R. Best Buy retail location, online at BestBuy.com or call 1-888-716-7994. Must have card number available.

Redeem up to 15 gift cards per transaction in store and 10 gift cards per transaction at BestBuy.com. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Best Buy limits the maximum value of each gift card to $500 with a total daily limit of card values, per person of $2,000.

DOES BEST BUY REPLACE LOST OR STOLENCORPORATE GIFT CARDS?

	We can replace the remaining balance on a lost, stolen or damaged gift card, as long as you have the original purchase receipt. Please call 1-888-716-7994. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT WITH A GIFT CARD?

	Keep your gift card until you receive your order and are sure you're satisfied with it. You can return items purchased with gift cards in accordance with our Return & Exchange Promise. The return amount will be credited to your gift card within 30 minutes of the time we receive it. If you no longer have the gift card, call 1-888-BEST BUY to request a new one. 

WHAT IF I CANCEL AN ORDER I PAID FOR WITH A GIFT CARD?

	If you cancel an order that was purchased with a gift card, the purchase amount will be credited to your gift card within 30 minutes of the cancellation. If you no longer have the gift card, call 1-888-BEST BUY to request a new one. 

CAN I USE MY BEST BUY GIFT CARD TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON A BEST BUY CREDIT CARD?

	No, Best Buy gift cards can be used only to purchase merchandise and services online and in stores. 

CAN I USE MY BEST BUY GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER BEST BUY GIFT CARD?

	No, Best Buy gift cards cannot be used online to purchase another Best Buy gift card. 

CAN I USE A DIGITAL COUPON TO PURCHASE A BEST BUY GIFT CARD?

	No, digital coupons are not redeemable toward the purchase of Best Buy gift cards. 

CAN I GET GIFT PACKAGING FOR MY GIFT CARD?

	Online gift card purchases are eligible for gift packaging. Your gift card will be packaged in our signature navy blue and silver gift card sleeve. This option will appear in checkout. For more information, see our Gift Packaging Frequently Asked Questions. 

HOW DO I BUY CORPORATE GIFT CARDS?CARDS

	Bulk gift card purchases for businesses, which are not resellers, can be made through the Corporate Gift Card Program. Bulk purchases for resellers and consumers are not accepted through the Corporate Gift Card Department. 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BULK ORDERING CORPORATE GIFT CARDS?

	There are no service fees or shipping charges for standard bulk orders. Discounts are applied to the first order that hits the volume discount threshold. Once the discount level is achieved, all orders through the remaining calendar year will receive a discount. All discounts start over at the beginning of a new calendar year. 

	Please allow two business days for processing on all plastic gift card orders before the order is shipped. Free two-day shipping on each order or upgrade to overnight shipping for an additional $10. All e-gift cards are processed within one business day of receiving the order and payment. Pre-payment of your order is required. Individual Fulfillment options with a customized template are available for an additional fee. Contact us to get started. 

CAN I USE THE BEST BUY LOGO TO PROMOTE CORPORATE GIFT CARDS?

	With written pre-approval from Best Buy, your business can use the Best Buy brand, logo, and card designs within your promotional materials. Contact the Corporate Gift Card team to learn how. 

WHERE CAN CORPORATE GIFT CARDS BE SHIPPED?

	The Corporate Gift Cards Program cannot ship gift cards outside of the U.S. For Canadian gift cards in bulk, please contact 866-721-4438 or GiftCards@BestBuyCanada.ca
