UPDATES TO OUR LEGAL DOCUMENTS PRIVACY POLICY January 12, 2016 updates to the August 11, 2015 version: We updated the list of reasons we collect device identifiers and the section describing how tracking technologies are used to provide additional clarity and transparency. We updated the “Will Evernote Contact Me” section to include our two-step verification process. We updated our “Does Evernote Access or Review My Notes” section to describe our methods for detecting spam, malware and other security concerns in order to protect the Evernote Service. We also updated some of our terminology for clarity.
