PRIVACY POLICY

	January 12, 2016 updates to the August 11, 2015 version: 

	We updated the list of reasons we collect device identifiers and the section describing how tracking technologies are used to provide additional clarity and transparency. We updated the “Will Evernote Contact Me” section to include our two-step verification process. We updated our “Does Evernote Access or Review My Notes” section to describe our methods for detecting spam, malware and other security concerns in order to protect the Evernote Service. We also updated some of our terminology for clarity. 

COOKIE INFORMATION PAGE

	January 12, 2016 updates to the October 30, 2014 version: 

	We added information to describe our collection of new device identifiers used by Apple and Android devices for targeted advertising purposes. We also updated some of our terminology. 

TERMS OF SERVICE

	April 29, 2015 updates to October 30, 2014 version: 

	We updated the Terms to reflect the new Evernote service levels, and we added language referencing the Intended Uses and Unsupported Uses of the Evernote service that are further described in our User Guidelines. 

COMMERCIAL TERMS

	April 29, 2015 updates to October 30, 2014 version: 

	We updated the Terms to reflect the new Evernote service levels, and describe what happens when you change paid service levels. We also updated our terms regarding gift cards, coupons and activation codes, and Points.
